Tungsten carbide CAD/CAM milling cutter with AC-Kristall diamond coating (CVD) for composite, zirconium oxide (ZrO), and glassfibre-reinforced resin. 4 mm shank diameter, compatible with Roland milling machines (ZDB-100D). 2-blade design, working part diameter 2.0 mm. AC-Crystal CVD coating provides approx. 6 µm coating thickness, hardness HV 0.05: 10,000, max. operating temperature 600-700 °C, up to 10x tool life increase.
